PROBLEM STATEMENT

The Account Payable team indexed invoices manually and performed validations & three-way match before sending the invoice to the legacy system for payment. With an annual volume of Million plus invoice there was significant manual effort to process the invoices.

SOLUTION

We deployed ACE Cognitive platform with extraction, business rule engine, workflow and RPA bots to provide a comprehensive automated solution. Invoices got ingested to ACE platform following with extraction & data capture was done with an accuracy of 85%. Easy user interface enabled exception handling and business rule engine allowed for automatic 3-way match, return to vendor (RTV) process was automation leading to faster processing and touchless process.

RESULT

Our solution deployed over 12 months led to a 50% improvement in processing time, 25% efficiency and enhanced accuracy.
